Senior Director, Executive Search & Recruiting

Over the course of her nearly 8 years in the field, Liliane has managed search engagements for organizations based along the US-Mexico border up to the remote island of Kodiak, Alaska, and ranging in size from startups to multi-billion-dollar corporations. A founding team member of BSP, she brings incredibly diverse executive search and recruiting experience to the firm, having served in several roles and working across nearly every aspect of the business. Her work at BSP includes prior placements for the Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation, San Diego Foundation, MAAC, Girl Scouts, and The San Diego Public Library Foundation.

After nearly 4 years with BSP, Liliane relocated to Seattle and later joined the highly respected corporate search firm of Herd Freed Hartz. As a Director she led nationwide retained executive searches across a myriad of industries including healthcare, technology, government, consumer, and manufacturing. In addition, she served as the firm’s nonprofit sector specialist, managing engagements for a geographically diverse portfolio of clients including Cascade PBS, Multi-Service Center, and Center for Hope & Safety. In 2024, Liliane returned to Blair Search Partners as a Senior Director for Executive Search & Recruiting, enabling her to refocus solely on mission-driven organizations.

Outside of recruiting, Liliane is a classical musician and has taught both privately and for award-winning music programs. She has served as a board and committee member for several nonprofit organizations and completed trainings and certifications around community engagement and civic leadership. She received both her BA (summa cum laude) and later her MBA with an emphasis in International Business from California State University San Marcos.
