The San Diego Foundation has entrusted Blair Search Partners (BSP) to fill numerous roles at our organization over the years, including Program Specialist, Fund Manager, Chief Development & Stewardship Officer, Chief Impact and Partnerships Officer, and my own recruitment as The Foundation’s CEO.
